External visits are not permitted. Only the guest or guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.
Pets are allowed.
Smoking in the apartment is prohibited.
Parties and events are not allowed.
Illegal activities are not allowed.
Only as many people are allowed to stay in the apartment as stated in the booking.
Loud music may no longer be played after 8:00 p.m., so that the neighbors can have a good night's sleep.
The guest must pay for any damage or loss such as keys.
If the guest does not check out by 12:00 PM, a penalty fee of 20 EUR will apply.
